First contacted Rick for advice on a replacement or repair on a laptop that suffered a cracked screen. He advised that replacement would be most cost effective. (he does not sell laptops) He then advised what to look for and possible sellers. I purchased a new laptop and took it to him for setup. Very pleased with the attitude of helpfulness and professionalism.
